Pastificio Mansi was born through my passion for good, honest food combined with my career crafting intricate jewellery. I grew up in Italy, discovering the world from under the kitchen table of my father’s restaurant, watching him test and repeat new recipes until they were perfect. When I moved to London I found a culinary renaissance taking place and knew I wanted to be part of it. I returned to Italy and trained as a sfoglina, determined to bring the craft of fresh pasta making to London. Today my focus is on  locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients and creating fresh, exciting flavour combinations.
